COMPANY OVERVIEW

Founded in 1998, Hensim Group is a professional, comprehensive
and large-scale enterprise. The headquarter is in Jiulong Industrial
Park, High-tech Zone, Chongqing, China. The motorcycle and engine
factories are located in Bishan District Industrial Park, Chongqing,
China.

Chongqing Haosen Motorcycle Co.,Ltd. is the motorcycle
manufacturer of Hensim Group, which is specialized in motorcycle
manufacturing, R&D, sales and service. As one high-tech enterprise
in Chongqing, it owns dozens of independent intellectual property
rights covering motorcycles and engines. It also has a standardized
quality management system and has passed various strict product
certifications. Until now, our products have been exported to Europe,
North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast
Asia and many other regions.

Chongqing Green Trade Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Hensim Group.
It is authorized to specialize in the import and export business of
Hensim Group's motorcycle and engine products.

We have a strict and standardized quality management system, advanced R&D, production and quality control capabilities, and a lot of
advanced production, inspection and testing equipment. And we have an annual production capacity of 500,000 engines and 200,000
motorcycles, as well as a series of products such as dirt bike,off-road, street bike, ADV, CUB, ATV, and go-kart. The products have been
certified by China, Europe, the United States, Africa, South America, Middle East and other countries and regions.
